NRL Community,
The National Robotics League, through it’s 11-year history, has always prioritized the health and safety of its talented and tireless students, educators, mentors, and volunteers. During this difficult time, we have been closely monitoring news and information about the COVID-19, or coronavirus, pandemic, and its effects on large scale gatherings and events.
With that commitment in mind, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the NRL 2020 National Championship, originally scheduled for May 15 – 16.
Both NTMA and NRL applaud the incredible dedication of everyone involved in this event, and we appreciate your patience during this very challenging time. Our mission to provide a project-based STEM learning experience, and to prepare and engage manufacturing’s next generation, will not waver. We hope to see Bots back in the ring as soon as possible, and look forward to returning to California University of Pennsylvania for the NRL National Championships in 2021.
